  2. wow this WZ awesum! i’ve been running on the trend mill everyday 4 an hour. i just noticed tat my trend mill is actually HALF a mile so i ran ALL tat 4 laps 4 no reason. -_-

  4. i didn`t work out much during break, but i managed 2 get sum exercise in =]..but i think i`ma get a bad mile time =/..0hH && run day was challenging but we managed 2 get through it..

  7. I love to run with the dogs they are so cute with their ears flopping up and down and their tongues hanging out plus its a good work out!

  8. Well it does feel good to run again and i hope i can get good miles. And i like the indian run everyone is getting alot better at it^^

  9. I dnt like running…i ran everyday over break bcuz i had allstar practice everyday. so i ran a lot.

  10. hey i was just wondering, when we do the mile can we run wit our mp3 players or ipods? somehow i just run better whenever i listen 2 music. well i just wanted 2 know.

  12. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE IN MRS. VERMEULEN’S PE CLASS!!! PE IN HIGH SCHOOL IS SO MUCH EASIER IN HIGH SCHOOL!! WELL, DEPENDING ON WHAT TEACHER YOU HAVE! HER WORKOUT REALLY HELPS GET IN SHAPE!! rUN DAY REALLY HELPS, BELIEVE ME!!! SEE YOU SOON, HOPEFULLY! 😉

  13. HI me again! If your planning to play a sport for Sierra or whatever school you’re going to, run day really helps when it comes time for conditioning! If you don;t go to conditioning, you’re most likely not to make the team! So get in shape!!!!
