Each day is different.   WEEK 7 starts Tuesday.  Your workout days are Tuesday, Thursday and Sat or Sun next weekend.

  3. i didnt exactly do the exercises. but i walked A LOT. i went to Las Vegas and walked the on the strip almost everyday with bags. i was hard. and instead of taking the elevator to the hotels i ran the stairs. i think thats pretty good.

  5. over the weekend…i did a lot…..friday we walked up and down this ginormous street…..saturday i went ice skating for about 2 hours…OUCH!!!! then sunday i walked all over my neighbor hood and yesterday vanessa p. and i walked around the park.

  9. i love this workout its so easy and i never get tierd and its helping me so much by being much easier
    its fun only with your friends like natalie said because they talk to you and you try to make them a better runner and they do the same back

  43. I ran it this morning at 8am, and it was really pleasant. Bring water, sunglasses and hats for this week. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

  46. yeah i ran for 25 minutes on sunday it was really easy except for the last five minutes it really hurt!! but at the end it felt really good that i could run for 25 minutes straight withoout stoping
