Last year, my students and I all trained for a 5K. Every PE Jr. High student ran it. It was amazing. I’m on week 9 of the Couch to 5K program again, and I’m loving it. I ran hard (for me) in the gym yesterday, because I wasn’t feeling well.
Now, here is my problem. I’m starving later in the evening. I tried to eat healthy foods, but I still have that mentality that if you work out, you can eat, and eat, and eat.
I’m not trying to lose weight actually. I love how my body and I are in harmony when I run is all.
I’ll figure it out. Meanwhile, I’m in love with my new job, teaching PE all day. Fun Fun Fun…
