I just read in Runners World, that if your pace is a 10:30 5K, then your Half is 12:00. That makes me feel better, since I so hated last week, and was feeling bad because my pace was 12:22. We decided to run just 2 this morning, and I have to say that a week of recovery, and my legs have never felt better.
Here we go again. I start with Team In Training at the MJC track on Wednesday. It was the Firemen at the finish that got me. In addition, my nephew and I have decided to volunteer for the LA Marathon at the Mile 20 marker! I think I must have the running bug again.
