Dr. Emmett Brown: You’re late, do you have no concept of time?

I went to the gym last night.  Again.  For the last three marathon cycles, I’ve not gone to the gym…spending nights and mornings pounding the pavement in my town.  And what happened?

My legs became stronger.  My quads are like steel. 

But the rest of me has become dormant.  I did arms.  Biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders.   Machines.  Elliptical, Stairs, Treadmill.

 Before I do another marathon, or train for one…the rest of my body will need to do some work. 

It’s 2000 all over again.
